Characters/subjects shall be drawn in the artist’s art style.

Commission works can be posted on clients’ social media accounts provided that the work will not be claimed as their own and the artist will be credited properly.

Visual references are highly encouraged. Images for reference can be compiled in one file (.docx/.pdf) for the artist’s convenience.

The artist has the right to turn down commissions they are uncomfortable working on.

Additional characters cost 50% of the original price.

Prices may change depending on the complexity/addition of details or elements.

Artworks are for personal use only. There shall be further discussion if used for commercial purposes.

The artist has the right to post commission works on their social media accounts unless the client requests otherwise.

50% downpayment; the other 50% can be paid after the piece has been finished.

Cancellation and refunds will only be allowed before the sketch phase has been started.

Payments will be accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi.

Turnaround time (TAT) for the commissioned piece will range from 1 week (7 days) to 1 month (30 days)

The client will be immediately informed if delays might occur

Adjustments/revisions can only be done during the sketch period

Commissioned pieces will only be drawn with simple backgrounds.

The progress of the client’s commissioned piece can be monitored on the Trello board provided by the artist.

Final drawing piece will be sent via email in .png format with a size of more than 2000 pixels.
